At the end of each body composition test, you'll receive a result sheet print out with a matching copy sent to your email. Our body composition expert will talk you through your results to make sure you understand your body composition and to provide guidance on how you can make changes to achieve your fitness goals.
The results sheet will show:
- Pounds of fat & muscle in each body segment
- How your body composition changes over time
- Minimum number of calories needed to power your body
and much more!

The InBody unit uses safe, low-level electrical currents during your InBody Test. However, to ensure your comfort and the result accuracy, please avoid taking an InBody Test if you meet these criteria.
